Overall 12 Years worked in Aero engine Design, Inspection, Assembly, Engine reliability and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul – Gas Turbine Engines. CURRENT EXPERIENCE - CYIENT LTD, Bangalore - Sep 2023 till present: - Working as a Reliability analyst in Designated Overhaul Facilities (DOF’s) Team I am proficient in the following Key Areas:

Assisting the external customers and Overhaul support facilities consists of P&WC owned Service centers, Approved Repair Facilities (ARFs) and Parts Distribution Centers, as well as Designated Overhaul Facilities (DOFs) and Distributors and Designated Manufacturing facilities (DMF).

Continuous monitoring of scheduled inspections, engine overhauls, and repairs to maintain aircraft airworthiness and compliance with regulatory standards of the MRO in aviation.

1. Preparing of Engineering Drawings of Gas Turbine Engine Parts:

Generation of manufacturing drawings as per ASME 14.5 of STFE Engine for Nirbhaya Projects.

Good drawing Reading skills can understand quickly.

Technical drawing reading skills & understanding of GD&T. 2. Engine Build Activities:

Engine build observations and clearance from respect module Kitting of Engine parts as per assembly sequence specified in Master Part List, which enables faster issue of parts to Engine Assembly work.

Participated in the engine build activity and issued around 2000 parts per the engine 20 Engine Builds of Small Gas Turbine Engine.

3. Quality Engineer in Quality Control:

Dimensional inspection of engine component before engine assembly.

Preparing engine build record and tally card through log book.

Preparing engine assembly inspection document (AID).

Preparation of Master Part List (MPL) for various Gas turbine prototype engines.

Release of Action Point (AP) for builds/rebuilds for upgrading all engines as per test standards.

Dummy build inspection for the purpose of engine axis alignment.

QA audit for inspection reports, NDT reports, First Article Inspection Reports [FAIR], Heat treatment reports and special process.

Components having no deviations have cleared, Check list and green tag issuance.

Preparation of Non-Conformance Reports [NCR] and respect module clearance. Previous Experience:
