Ensure timely implementation of Project HSE Plan related activities and programs and monitor progress, initiate recovery measures for any incoming issues and continuously report to project management.
Administer and participate in periodic HSE audit and inspection of the work site are inspected every week.
Audit and monitor contractor’s HSE programs including enforcement of drugs and alcohol policy.
Advise the contractor’s SHO, discipline supervisors and sub-contractor’s site managers of any HSE shortfalls and provide specialist advice.
Carry out daily inspections of all work areas to ensure compliance on the part of the sub-contractors with regard to safe work practices on the part of the sub-contractors with regard to safe work practices and ensure that discipline supervisors monitor sub-contractors’ HSE performance.
