Ensure timely implementation of Project HSE Plan related activities and programs and monitor progress, initiate recovery measures for any incoming issues and continuously report to project management.

Administer and participate in periodic HSE audit and inspection of the work site are inspected every week.

Audit and monitor contractor’s HSE programs including enforcement of drugs and alcohol policy.
