Blown Film Supervisor

A shift production supervisor in charge of supervising the shift to produce plastic liners and plastic bags for customers making sure that all 12 extrusion lines are running safely at optimal levels and in compliance and accordance to quality control specifications.

Conduct toolbox meeting at the beginning of the shift to discuss safety awareness and any issues that night shift had throughout their shift.

Supervisors pass down and gemba walks throughout the facility to assure that 5 s are followed and standardized.

Check all packers paperwork and make sure they are doing their quality checks periodically and make sure that operators are entering there down time and scrap lbs and good lbs that has been produced throughout the shift
