Numpy Ninja Sepsis Project (Jun 2024 - Aug 2024)

This Sepsis project is based on clinical data. As part of the project, I and my team worked on various biomarkers that lead to SIRS, sepsis, and septic shock. This project includes different biomarkers and analyzes the impacts organ dysfunction (MOD), and Apache scores. Dynamic visualizations are crafted that highlight the sepsis, onset, non-sepsis patient demographics, ICU length of stays, MICU, SICU statistics, and other insights through Tableau. As a team, we have explored JIRA to collaborate. Followed retrospectives sprint-wise. Worked on Tableau desktop to collaborate with many teams together
