Introduction

I worked in several companies for more than twenty years as a consultant or as an employee and I worked as a project manager in a safety and security company and during my long period of work I was distinguished in knowing the causes of electrical and mechanical failures, this made my managers assign me to manage electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance as well and in order to keep up with all these tasks especially in electrical networks I designed a programme that determines the percentage of application of electrical safety conditions according to international specifications in any company or institution, whether it is when implementing new projects or when carrying out preventive maintenance work and through the application of this programme the level of electrical safety was raised as a matter of urgency.
