He Managed/implemented all enterprise-wide data governance, data warehouse design, and reporting for a $22 million B.I. – Reporting Solution, which had 136 people working on the project at peak volume.
He Led the build/implementation of a B.I. Reporting suite on top of 95% of the Health Market Place. The primary performance table had over 80 million records requiring a deep understanding of query optimization for reporting and model development.

Led the overall program to implement D.C. health benefit exchange (DCHBX) (www.dchealthlink.com) within a compressed timeline and met ACA mandated production live date of October 1, 2013. The solution uses COTS products, provides all the required critical reporting and analytics functionality, and has an operationally-ready exchange staff connected to the citizens and communities.
Engaged with the key stakeholders to identify custom functionality in addition to out-of-the-box (OOTB) features of COTS products. Implemented an ESB/SOA architecture that emphasizes standards-based interoperability between COTS products and external data sources, including Federal Data Source Hub(FDSH), commercial issuers (using SERFF) legacy systems.
Defined timeline for delivery and support of the complex program and aligned pricing schedule by breaking down functionalities and features of the entire program into three yearly releases with milestones.
