I have more than 7 years of working experience.

1I work with as the Douala dispatcher. I have been handling this post since November 2020.

Draft up a schedule for all drivers and cars weekly and follow up their performance.

Analyze driving data and produce a reliable bonus sheath in relation to performance and productivity with respect to customer satisfaction.

As a dispatcher, I carry out the following duties regularly;

Analyze car movement data and do evaluation on drivers based on the analysis results.

My Job with the latter consisted of organizing workers and work operations defining clearly the operational process and expected results in relation to the company goals.

I also ensured the proper implementation and functioning of the company’s logistics the perfection of their operations.

I was also charged with the day to day follow up of all workers and their performances.

I was at the base of reward programs in accordance with the workers performance and achievements.

3 I worked as customer service and sales manager with First African Company (FAC)

I was practically in charge of overseeing the strategic management of the commercial team in my branch.

I was at the basis of the manifold co-ordination the commercialization strategies and the conservation of customers.

I was in charge of the presentation of all daily report on the operations of the commercial team of my branch.

I had to go out each day to commercialize and to negotiate contracts in a bit to establish reliable relationships between the customers and the company.

I was charged with the sharpening of the communication skills of all commercial workers.

4 I have work with CAMPOST as an intern at the human resources department and at the customer service.

There, I worked at the human resources services at the regional delegation of CAMPOST Littoral. I had the opportunity to assist in the follow up of worker’s abilities and carrier prospective.

As an intern in CAMPOST, I had the chance to assist in the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of staff training and development programs.

I was in charge with ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in staff appraisal and also with the update of staff files at the delegation of Littoral.

I single handedly administrated the human resources information system all through my internship period.

At the regional delegation, I made some propositions that enhanced worker’s motivation and customers’ satisfaction simultaneously.

I developed new and more reliable strategies to implement and to enhance administrative procedures at the delegation of littoral.
