Step 1: Secure Your Digital Workplace ID

To login to the Sherwin-Williams Enterprise Onboarding Portal, you will first need to secure your digital workplace ID to activate your employee account. Please follow the steps below or use this Tip Sheet for instructions on how to do so. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code listed below: 1. Navigate to https://my.sherwin.com and click Create Account 2. Enter Personal Data to claim your account

2a. Enter your First Name and Last Name exactly as provided by your manager

First Name: Robert

Last Name: McCoy

2b. Enter your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

2c. Enter the last four digits of your U.S. Social Security Number or Non- U.S. National Identifier

What is my National ID (National Identifier)?

3. Create Password

4. Register MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) by navigating to https:// dw.sherwin.com and log in with your Digital Workplace ID and Password set in Step 3

5. Create Security Questions and Answers

Step 2: Complete Preboarding Tasks

Please navigate to the Sherwin-Williams Enterprise Onboarding Portal and login with your digital workplace ID created in Step 1. You will find essential information and tasks to complete before your official start date. This may include: Reviewing and completing necessary forms.
