LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL (LLM) EXPERIENCE

Outlier (San Francisco) February 2024 – Present

Evaluate the output of various large language models for the Scale.com subsidiary Outlier. The work involves various techniques, including: 1) Comparing the output of two or more chatbot responses to a provided prompt, often in Python, selecting the best, and often correcting bad responses so the LLM can learn from this.

2) Writing a prompt and specifying the language to be used to compute the solution, then evaluating the output and correcting code bugs. 3) Reviewing and commenting on the work of others.

Work performed remotely from my Chicago home office. Environment: Custom evaluation web framework, Python 3, Java, JavaScript, C, and C++.
