Interim CFO/Controller/Finance Director - Reorganized and managed all Finance & Accounting functions of a PE backed, ABA, 20+ office, 1,200+ employee, autism service-provider headquartered in the Bay area. Hired and trained Team, integrated an acquisition, closed the books monthly, ran the audit, fine-tuned the reporting process and package, while strategically managing with other C-leaders and departments in growing the business.

VP Finance – PE backed Dental Lab Rollup - Reduced month-end close process by over 10 days by working closely with all departments, especially Sales & Marketing and Operations.

Managed the Finance Team (Controller, Accounting Manager, A/P, A/R, & PR), reviewed/ prepared JEs, and reviewed all account reconciliations in preparing the Reporting Package for the PE Investors and Lenders.
