My responsibilities included logging in, development of all shop drawing submittals and the procurement of all pipe hangers and supports. I managed the development of piping and layout and subsequent As-Built drawings. I acted as liaison between plant operations, the construction manager and WDF’s field installation crew and foremen. I was responsible for identifying contract discrepancies and initiated (RFI’s) which often generated into change orders, which I prepared, submitted and negotiated the extra work proposals.

I was responsible for administrating and supervising two projects located at bay Park and Cedar Creek STP plants. My work included managing field forces, including implementing and negotiating subcontractor work, material procurement; shop drawing and material submittals thru approval status; developed project’ schedules; supervising and managing the installation of all the work.
With similar responsibilities, I managed (PM/Supt) the complete renovation of three Nassau County STP Pump stations. The contracts ranged from 31.3MM to $2.1MM each.

My responsibilities were to oversee, administrate and direct all rehabilitation and reconstruction work, including all labor and subcontractor activities. I acted as liaison and coordinator between the agencies, construction managers, attorneys, field forces and owner reps.

I was responsible for supervising and oversee two fast track, SCA School projects. The projects included interior and exterior renovations for a total cost in excess of $11,000,000. I scheduled and coordinated all work activities with school personnel with little to no disruption to school agendas and activities. The contracts were completed on schedule to the satisfaction of all parties’ agencies. I was responsible for submitting all requisitions and prepare, negotiate and submit all change orders.

Constructed the Richmond Hill train wash Facility for the LIRR ($6.5MM). I was responsible to supervise, oversee and direct all labor and subcontractors. I prepared and submitted all submittals thru approvals. I prepared, submitted and negotiated all change orders.
Additionally, I was responsible for the completion of three projects at the Cedar Creek WPCP, remaining work of $11MM of $30MM. My responsibilities included to oversee and supervise all remaining work and all remaining submittals, change orders and project close-outs.

Reputation oriented General Contractor, completing more than 90 municipal projects for NYC and Nassau County Agencies, ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to several million. Projects included renovations and new construction for public structures, including schools, hospitals, RR structures, sewage treatment facilities, banks, etc.
All field superintendents and foreman answered directly to me. I performed most of the estimating and directed
office project managers. The company employed up to four superintendents and employed up to 30 to 40
laborers, carpenters, lathers and cement masons, at various times, to perform project demolition, excavation,
concrete and general carpentry. The remaining work was subcontracted.

Owner/Builder - Constructed and sold over 125 Town Homes, with sales ranging up to $180,000 (at that time).
The company employed all labor with the exception of the mechanical and electrical trades and performed all its own sales and marketing.
