Be creative and aim to make your program a ‘model program.’ Develops, implements, and evaluates enrichment activities at school site. Assist with selection and monitoring of suitable Program Leaders. Trains new employees, prepares performance evaluations, and communicates with program leaders/coaches. Supervises and supports all staff daily.
Always dress/behave appropriately and ensure all staff meet AYA high standards of dress and behavior. Attend AYA and district meetings and trainings as required, including both initial and on-going trainings. Familiarize yourself with AYA/District Policies & Procedures Manual and Health adhere to its parameters at all times.
Informs the Program Directors of challenges, concerns, and needs of school sites. Reviews and approves time cards for Program Leaders/coaches and resolves payroll challenges with the support of Program Directors.
Prepares reports, annual budget, daily snack counts, monthly calendars and memorandums, and conducts all practice emergency drills, as required. Maintain student to staff ratios.
