Assisted in the day-to-day operations with Superintendent District Student Support Administrator ranging from Management of Attendance projects and events to administrative support for over 50 Guidance Counselors, Social Workers and other Student support staff. Developed a District Level Attendance PIF system for principals and assistant principals to ensure compliance to the Planning Interview Process and procedures to support compliance of student rights. Developed a District College Daycare Manuel to assist teenage parent graduates in identifying Higher Education Institutions that provide Childcare services. Worked with various Alternative school principals and assistant principals in the effective implementation of the School Guidance Crisis plan and counseling practices and protocols.
