Woodland Direct – IT Manager 05/2017 – 02/2025

My Role:

Managed and mentored the IT team in support of 140+ employees. Administered local and cloud networks, IT security, Microsoft 365 and AWS environments, SaaS and on-premise applications, mobile device management, IT service management software, and content delivery network resources. Set departmental goals, maintained vendor relationships, managed software licenses, and performed project management. Maintained company IT policies and procedures, business continuity and disaster planning, PCI compliance, asset management, DNS settings, domain names, and building security systems.
