Achievements at UNILUS
Between 2011 and 2014, as Head of School of Business I managed to contribute to the marketing the university brand and increased enrolments from 2500 to 4000 students in the University by introducing the online platform for distance students.
Under our management The University scooped the 1st position at the 2012 Agricultural and Commercial Show as the most marketed and well established learning Institution in Zambia.
Successfully introduced new programmes such as Public finance, Banking and Finance and accounting.
Increased the departmental enrolments by 45% in two years.
Successfully introduced the online portal for both students and lecturers including management. Students can view their progress, access to learning material, hand in assignments etc. For lecturers the portal has helped in easy management of results and management of students
Completed all module writing activities in the department as instructed by vice chancellor.
