Train Users for Go-Live and new processes.

Track and document changes to functional and business specifications

Manage, support, and document post-implementation issues and revision requests.

Competencies and Skills

Knowledge of data elements, database structures, and data flows within an enterprise system. Excellent leadership and organizational skills required to lead cross-functional / departmental projects.

Strong communication / listening skills.

Collaborative skills to work across multiple stakeholder groups to translate business strategies, initiatives, goals and objectives into ERP project proposals.

Ability to communicate technical concepts and break down complex business problems into easily understood documents and presentations.

Strategic thinking/problem-solving

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Proficient in problem solving, requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Project management skills
