Assist and provided a range of legal support and administration to the Global Content Team and other legal professionals. Duties included investigations, research and tracking of customer contracts for data permissions, rights, and usage for inquiry data; performance data, and contributory data. Additionally, I ensured that all contracts and related documents were up to date in the Contracts Management System. Provided reports and served as the Contracts point of contact. Finally, collected all active vendor payment terms for the data acquisition team project and converted them to a mainframe database that provides live reports and tracks fee history for the global leadership to analyze.
