Initiated the entirety of pre-construction meetings with all subcontractors for every job. Reviewed the details of each job schedule with the build out team. Lead company representative for jobsite quality control. Ensured accurate inventory for all material for each jobsite. Lead safety officer for all field work and enforcement for jobsite PPE. Conducted weekly toolbox safety meetings for all foremen and in house staff.
