• Managed 18 joint service military, government employees, and contractors in performing complex intelligence collection, coordinating and managing crew schedules and training requirements to maintain reporting standards and supporting National Agencies and Foreign Partners.

• Analyzed raw SIGINT data streams to utilize and task resources and collect and provide initial processing and identification of known observed signals or unidentified signals during complex events.

• Preformed multifaceted tasking to support collection and reporting, communicating with customers to further drive collection updating tasking and working across the Intel community.

• Dedicated trainer helping support the mission by teaching newly acquainted operators and streamlining new training certifications and programs,

• Conducted quality assurance for informal technical SIGINT reports and working with customers on implementing collection solutions for disambiguation of signals leading to daily section and watch floor briefs on collection plans and ongoing operations.

Certified as NDEA set up travel for Military members managing multiple lines of accounting and budgets exceeding over a million dollars. Worked with senior military and government officials setting up travel and verifying documentation according to DoD travel policies tireless efforts led to saving the command just over $300K. Created and Managed a watch rotation for emergency after hour travel needs for forward deployed Sailors, NIOC GA Surface Shop

• Certified as Battle Force ELINT Operator 3 months ahead of schedule without the required class, stepped up to help support a deploying shop in manning crisis to be forward deployed to the USS BATAAN LHD-S to complete multiple theater exercises for war game scenarios.

• Directed a team in creating daily OPINTEL briefs in 5th and 6h fleet. These briefs were distributed to seven combatant commanders and four fleet commanders for the directed collection and reporting of shipborne, airborne, and land-based weapon system RADARs. For an extended deployment to conduct large scale exercises and maintain national tasking and fleet level requirements.

• Led eight Sailors in the certification and execution of both the ELINT and COMINT mission areas to support theater and strategic level commanders and meet mission tasking and leading to discovery of an adversary's capabilities compiling long term patterns of life for new undiscovered programs.

• Created new Standard operating procedures to be implemented to work multiple teams across watch floors to better conduct real time reporting with imagery and other SIGINT disciplines utilizing the development and implementation of an automated reporting system saving countless man hours and provided further mission availability.

• Utilized Operational ELINT tool suites to maintain situational and tactical awareness of RADAR emissions throughout all CENTCOM/EUCOM area of responsibility for strategic and tactical commands to conduct real time collections in multiple areas of responsibility as well as to author serialized reports detailing collection and possible threats to be update in databases maintained throughout the SIGINT community.

• Managed the Electronic Countermeasure suite responsible for soft-kill Anti-Ship Missile Defense.

NIOC GA Sub Shop, Leading Petty Officer

• Made in-house briefs to supporting Critical Mission. Drafting and filing detailed intelligence reports as well tracking theater assets and threats in relation to mission to help fulfill gaps in missing intelligence by Tailoring OOB (order of battle) for teams and extensive research in support of High interest SIGINT operations.

• Supervisor for special tasked missions using multiple systems to ensure safety of platform as the leading ELINT expert compiling intelligence and warfare disciplines into daily briefs given to the submarine Commanding Officer and senior officers during deployment to complete national tasking.
