BAE Systems, Camp Sparta, Kuwait, May 2023-Present Mr. Sadowski supports BAE Systems as an Field Service Technician for the Family of Special Operations Vehicles program. He is responsible for maintenance repairs and upgrade to Tactical radio systems, Electronic Counter Measure Systems and other ancillary communication systems. The BFT / JBC-P, is the Army’s friendly force tracking system, equipping Soldiers with a fast satellite network, secure data encryption and advanced logistics capabilities. Mantech International, Camp Arifajan, Kuwait, October 2017- June 2019 Mr Sadowski worked as a WarFighter Information Network Tactical (WIN-T) Field Service Representative (FSR). Providing hardware and software repair, replacement, troubleshooting, installation and Over-the-Shoulder training support for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 1 (WIN-T Inc 1). The WIN- T Inc 1 is a communications network that provides the Army Warfighter with voice, data and video capabilities for use in a tactical environment, utilizing primarily commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment. This system of systems includes the following equipment: Unit Hub Node, Regional Hub Node Single Shelter Switch (SSS), Joint Network Nodes (JNN), Battalion Command Post Nodes (BnCPN), Network Operations (NetOps), JNN and BnCPN Satellite Transportable Terminals (STTs), and Master Reference Terminals (MRTs) Provides Over-The-Shoulder training, technical support and assistance for WIN-T Inc 1 systems, including troubleshooting and accomplishing minor repairs, removing and replacing WIN-T Inc 1 components, submit Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs), and troubleshooting system hardware and software.

U.S. Army, Ft. Liberty, North Carolina, August 1989-March 2017 Mr. Sadowski served in the U.S. Army as a 25W Telecommunications Operations Chief. He served as a Fiber Optics Instructor for the FORSCOM G-6 Training Branch. Responsible for training numerous deploying units under FORSCOM (Active, Reserve and National Guard units) in Fiber Optic theory, Fusion Splicing and Termination of Fiber Optic Cables. The average class size was up to as many as 50 students during a weeklong training course. Core responsibilities were to ensure each student had the proper tools and materials to perform their assigned tasks. Assisted in developing training strategies for the FORSCOM G-6 training Branch. Assisted with the analysis, development and maintenance of training courses in support of existing training schedules. Prepared and delivered modifications to existing training materials as updates to industry standards became available.

Mr Sadowski served as a Platoon Sergeant responsible for a Joint Network Node (JNN) System in support of the 82nd Airborne Division. Responsible for the professional development and training, along with the welfare and readiness of 10 individuals; responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of one AN/TTC- 59 JNN, One AN/TRC-190 (V3) High Capacity Line of Sight (HCLOS), One secure Mobile Anti Jam Reliable Tactical Terminal (SMART-T), one KU-SAT Terminal, two Brigade Data Cases, 5 vehicles and 2 power generation units valued in excess of $8,000,000,00
