General Responsibilities

• Supervisor-HSE is having overall responsibility for all activities carried out in their specific area of responsibilities. Each supervisor will be assigned a functional areas and venue for regular inspection, safety tours, inspections, and audits

Work package CP08-A1 is related to the Construction of roads, fuelling pier and all wet and dry utilities on four Qetaifan Island South 1 (QS1), QS2, QS3 and a small portion of QN. The work incorporates all services including but not limited to Power, IT, Telecom, Wet and Dry Utilities, Landscape, Signage, Roadway lighting, traffic signals and gas Networks

• Roads on Island QS1, QS2, QS3 and a small portion of QN.

• All associated electrical cabling, water main, sewage system, Storm Drainage, irrigation system, gas supply, plot connections for all utilities including telecommunications

• All signage (regular & ADS), street lighting and traffic signals.

• Landscaping by subcontractors from Lusail’s selected list.

• Testing & Commissioning of all utilities should be undertaken by specialist approved by relevant authority (Third Party Consultant).

• Geotechnical/geophysical field investigation and testing by a specialized third-party contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise the site management team on matters in respect of Health and Safety requirements and site implementation,

• Carry out a scheduled site inspection at least daily, weekly, and monthly and as when required in compliance with legal regulation and company procedures,

• Report to the Health and Safety Manager,

• Participate actively to the weekly Health and Safety inspections/monthly Health and Safety
