Rose Associates - Bronx, NY- Resident Manager - July 2023 - Present I commissioned the building, THE MAVEN. I worked closely with the developer LRC and the owners RXR during construction. The building is a NYC Zone Green 260,000 sqft. property. With a 1,000 sq. ft. retail space and 200 units . Approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of amenity space. Amenities include; Game Room, Work Lounge, Kitchen, Theater, Fitness Center, Pet Spa, Rooftop Lounge and Resident Lounge. I manage the day to day operation of the building, Including the Building staff. Concierges, Maintenance techs and Porters.

Trained building staff on the following:

KeyTrac, SmartRent, Yardi, MIDL Video Surveillance, RXO Hospitality and TOUCHE TOUCHE lighting system. I coordinate weekly update meetings with our Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager and Building Staff. I oversee the day to day operation of the building.
