Being a seasoned Commercial and Residential Community Director has given me the opportunity to lease up and stabilized (3) New Construction Tax Credit Multifamily Housing Communities and oversee the Rehab Projects for Single Family Homes and other Multifamily Communities. I currently oversee the daily operations of 2 Project Based Section 8 / Tax Credit Multi Family Housing Communities with a total of 320 Units.
