I am seeking a position as a Community Director/Manager with a company that can utilize my Professional Business Experience in the Property Management Field. Being a seasoned Commercial and Residential Community Director has given me the opportunity to lease up and stabilized (3) New Construction Tax Credit Multifamily Housing Communities and oversee the Rehab Projects for Single Family Homes and other Multifamily Communities. I currently oversee the daily operations of 2 Project Based Section 8 / Tax Credit Multi Family Housing Communities with a total of 320 Units.

• Responsible for the overall success of the community, including meeting NOI, occupancy and resident retention, managing expenses and other performance expectations.

• Support Organizational Objectives by communicating goals with staff and encouraging individual and team accountability.

• Recruiting new hires and train new team members.

• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the industry, competition, and market, and applying it to gauge the properties, to increase traffic.

• Submitting pre-close and accounting month end documents.

• Oversee Lease Renewal Programs for maximum retention.
