Managed team of 150 resources consisting of 5 program managers, 20 project managers and 120+ developers, analysts and administrative staff. Services include end to end program/project management including business case, requirements, development, reporting, testing, implementation and ongoing post implementation support. Full financial accountability, average annual pipeline C$200 + million. Reporting to C level and Board of Directors.
Programs;
oBCE Group – Developed and posted Bonds on Bloomberg and Luxemburg for U$360 million and U$645 million. (ISIN numbers: CAC42580AA54, CH1417175234) plus two more coming at U$800 & U$900 million. Managed team of 7 and coordinated with Executives, Lawyers, Auditors and government representatives in US and UK. Extensive regulatory reporting, KYC, CIS and compliance. Primarily delt with Mellon, Kaiser and Scotiabank.
T-Span Inc. – Implementation of ODOO ERP, Asset Management, Data Warehouse & CRM. 1 program manager, 5 project managers, 16 technical resources. Implemented Data Centre with redundant locations in Toronto, Calgary, Montreal and Vancouver. Reported to C Suite and Board. Managed budget of $17.5 million. Work was done both onsite and remote.
CCC Group – Implement DataCor ERP & CRM solution concurrently in three distinct lines of Business (Colborne, Elmira and Toronto). This program had failed ‘Go Live’ prior to BioSoft involvement. I realigned the project, addressed all failures, coordinated with executives & ownership. Program was delivered in 7 months. Every milestone, timeline and deliverable was achieved – a perfect program.
Multiple Data Centre Builds – Accountable for end-to-end construction, commissioning, and operation of multiple telecom communications data centres in GTA (151 Front, OS2, Brooklin, 720 Elderberry, NewMarket). Managed all designs, construction, equipment, software, procedures, vendor contracts and operations.
Large Scale, Transformational Municipal Projects – York Region, Durham Region, NewMarket, Stouffville, Brooklin, Oshawa and Aurora. $250 million program, with 200 resources. Build systems, governance, processes, infrastructure, and services. Establish and maintain relationships with senior most government officials – CAOs, Mayors, Commissioners, MPs & MPPs, Municipal Corp CEOs.
Telecom Operational Procedures – Design and implement operational procedures for all aspects of telecommunications (provisioning, escalations, scheduling, inventory management, CRM, billing)
Welded Tube – ERP Systems upgrade & rollout. Addition of complex costing to 6 facilities in US and Canada. Accountable for all aspects of project (budget, reporting, requirements, development, QA, training). Multiple projects delivered over 3 year timeframe.
PCL Construction – Share Management System – develop & deploy Share Management system for PCL’s 8,500 employees. Work directly with CEO, CFO, CIO and designated SME on this highly confidential program. Fully accountable for all deliverables, budgets, resources and timelines.

Managed team of 1,000+ resources across 30+ countries. Worked with all levels of management including senior most executives in all major Telcos (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Rogers, Bell). Delivered hundreds of customer facing presentations and reported to executives and board members at major clients as well as internally. Had full financial and delivery accountability for major projects, some up to U$1 billion in size. Two largest programs were;
T-Mobile (Sep 2013 – Nov 2014) – Landed U$900 million (‘UnCarrier’) transformation project on behalf of Ericsson. Managed all aspects of the program including governance, reporting budgets, deliverables and resourcing. This program directly resulted in T-Mobile’s surge in growth to surpass Sprint in the US and become the 3rd largest carrier behind AT&T and Verizon.
Rogers Ignite (Nov 2014 – Dec 2015) – Delivered $300 million IPTV program on behalf of Ericsson. Manage complete transformation of TV services including all form factors, content delivery, customer experience, billing, service delivery, support processes, hosting, regulatory compliance & governance, and business process changes. Managed 250 staff and over 70 vendors across multiple platforms and organizations.
