Position: Senior Director Contingent Workforce 8/2022 - 3/2023

As the Senior Manager of Performance Management, the Delivery Manager, I lead the strategic approach, design and continuous improvement of enterprise performance and talent acquisition development processes. I ensured program and strategies were integrated and aligned to complement other major talent areas, while supporting the organization’s strategic, digital and cultural transformation. I fostered a culture that ignited performance and delivered business results. My core competency was to identify and promote opportunities for business growth and stabilization within new talent.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Director; I lead by demonstration a team of individual contributors in the execution and administration of the talent acquisition, performance management and program development. I reviewed external and internal landscapes to provide significant strategic processes for the contingent labor performance management program to ensure a balanced focus on; maximizing performance, rewarding key behaviors and enabling contingent workers to develop and grow. I crafted internal processes that evolved the performance management practices in alignment with broader digital and cultural transformation that assisted in industry focus of minority spend and suppliers. In collaboration with HR leadership and procurement business leaders, I was able to translate business needs to provide direction on enterprise best practices. I identified opportunities to integrate the end to end processes with traditional and non traditional business processes. I was responsible for identifying industry trends in performance and the implementation oft business processes that were actionable and scalable while ensuring no significant negative budget impact while serving as an advisor to talent and business leaders on strategy and talent acquisition processes.

Supplier Management: I managed the existing supply base to ensure standard operating procedures were followed. I held supplier calls to review open requests to understand sourcing strategies. I created a rate card utilizing market rate analysis on the most commonly utilized job titles including but not limited to HR, Finance, Medical, and IT categories. Additionally, I managed the creation and renewal of contracts in accordance with procurement and business unit SME’s to renew vendor contracts and issue new contracts.

Position: Strategic Manager of Employee Experience and Cultural Transformation 1/2020 - 3/2021

Supplier Management: I created and maintained the standard operating procedures for suppliers detailing processes required. I hosted quarterly calls with their strategic leadership to understand industry trends as well as encourage partnerships within the PMO strategic leads. I lead the effort in supporting suppliers to increase business through periodic meetings to discuss recruitment trends and challenges. I conducted quarterly supplier scorecards for optimization and tiering for sprint maintenance. I managed suppliers via analytical data performance metrics created for optimization of the sourcing procedures. I periodically reviewed and red-lined contract renewals for all IT and professional services contracts including SAAS software renewals in accordance with project sprints for all of PMO new and existing projects.

Executive Reporting (Progressive Tracking): Utilizing Front End technology and Agile Methodologies, I tracked progression of projects with respective SME’s via Excel to report palatable information to leadership on program progression. I ensured the projects and timeline were scalable by utilizing the integration of Microsoft technology and Front-End technology for responsible data analytics on progression via Fieldglass and JIRA.

Position: (Contract) Program Manager/ Procurement Analyst 10/2019 – 12/2019

Working in the Corporate Procurement Services (“CPS”) area, my responsibilities included but were not limited to; working with business managers and subject matter experts within the client to define requirements, identify and mitigate vendor risks and procure all 3rd party IT and non-IT goods and services for the client and its affiliates.

Responsibilities:

I continued the development of the direct strategic sourcing process for FP&A via Fieldglass and current analytical systems to act as the central point of contact. I monitored and improved supplier performance by managing procurement activities associated with IT Professional Services to support contract renewals and new IT Professional Services SOWs. I documented and reported savings activities by providing external marketplace knowledge of the latest IT Professional Services dynamics, trends, benchmarks and best practices utilizing data analytics via excel and daily macro reporting. I also evaluated and recommended sourcing to lower costs and reduce risk while defining and leading RFP initiatives working with business owners and technology SMEs. Position: Client Director (United Bank of Switzerland) 11/2017 – 6/2019

As Client Director, my daily responsibilities included, but were not limited to, managing the contracted Scope of Services to the client, being a strategic partner for business expansion to Canada and Mexico, upholding my service level agreements, by managing a support team of recruiters, coordinators, and external staff. I maintained quality customer service and day to day site operations with a primary focus on meeting and achieving financial and business goals. Management of services provided to this client were; desk, payroll, compliance, business development, and supervision and leadership of onsite staff, reporting, client interfacing, and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

Account Maintenance: I demonstrated a comprehensive mastery of all day to day and strategic operational functions that were required to service the client from the onsite desk. as well as an interactive knowledge of all site systems, including Beeline and HR systems for external staff both.I provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manuals that facilitated cross training of all direct reports. I ensured account coverage was seamless for the services contracted and expected by the client. I updated stakeholders, procurement, managers, and suppliers to develop and foster relationships with key managers/end users to develop additional business opportunities. I increased program spend volume for the .North America accounts by more than 25% with domestic and offshore programs.

Position: Global Client Service Manager (Merck & Co.) 4/2010 – 10/2017

As the Global Program Manager for statement of work, contingent labor and independent contractors including but not limited to vendor contracts, End User Licensing Agreements, implementation and user acceptance testing (UAT) . I engaged with client sponsors and governance committees for effective communications with supplier partners (Contingent, Statement of Work, and Independent Contractors) as the point of contact for supplier management and the technology suite for the Merck global account. I was responsible for support and management of effective and efficient use of the VMS technology to facilitate the processing of supplier on-boarding and managing compliance with the workforce management program defined by the service offering. Additionally, I was responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the account specific databases; management of the client services personnel; and management of efficient, profitable on-site activities in accordance with the projections, policies, and procedures developed by the management team. I managed a consistent focus on generating additional business opportunities throughout the client’s geographic footprint for all service offerings including but not limited to IC, SOW and Alumni program implementation globally. This included Category and Vendor management, End User License Agreements (Software), payments, and SAAS maintenance Successful implementation of updated industry best practices in demand and supply management and key business process areas such as pricing & supplier optimization. I was also responsible for international account SAP Implementation and reporting (US, UK, CA, PR, and Ireland Q3 2015). I facilitate financial quarterly business review with account sponsor’s; HR, procurement, and key business users as well as vendor relationships across countries. I utilized my knowledge of the industry and current projects to maintain the P&L, vendor management by service offering and overall program execution. I was responsible for. SLA compliance, project plan creation and execution including configuration documentation maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Account Maintenance: I promoted all aspects of the program with stakeholders, procurement, managers, suppliers, and contingent workers to aid in developing relationships with key managers/end users to develop additional business opportunities. I acted as the liaison between client and suppliers on requirement issues while maintaining the integrity of our service level agreements. I ensured timely delivery of regular billing and any required management reports to clients, suppliers, or internal corporate business units. I acted as the point of contact between corporate teams and suppliers for any contractual requirements. I identified and promoted opportunities for business growth when possible by conducting regular reviews (monthly and quarterly) to survey client satisfaction with both AgileOne and Supplier Performance.

Financial Analysis. Responsible for maintaining compliance for SLA’s across accounts for savings target set annually. Recreation of SLA’s in accordance with new Account Structure. Managing the expectation of the account sponsor for deliverables on invoice reconciliation. Liaison between Corporate Finance Department and Procurement. In compliance with service offering, review of rates and price previously paid for negotiation on and offshore.

Implementation: Implementation of contingent, independent contractor and SOW programs for global expansion in Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, and Ireland in Q3 2015. I lead sourcing events, licensing, RFP and RFI’s for statement of work, and Independent Contractor engagements. I ensured all End User License Agreements were reviewed during discovery and executed prior to implementation. Spend volume estimated at 300M globally was exceeded within the 1st year of expansion. I assisted in the design and implementation of a process to align strategic suppliers offshore with end users while providing a cost savings at program implementation of 5%.
