Recruitment:
• Coordinate with Management for the planned team sizes of the departments and recruit resources as per requirement.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and liaison with external and internal recruiting resources
• Manage position request reports and staffing efforts.

Payroll
• Manage the annual compensation review process. Gather salary information and prepare worksheets and report. Assist the Management in the implementation and maintenance of compensation plans.
• Manage to track and maintain employees’ Personal Time Off requests; maintain records and process the same at the time of payroll.
• Manage employee expense reports for payroll; ensure proper approvals are obtained and receipts are submitted.
• Interact frequently with the Payroll Department with regard to timesheets, Personal Time Off forms, expense reports and other issues to resolve questions for timely processing.
• Conduct internal/external salary benchmarking and prepare salary proposals for new employees and recommend salary/market adjustments for current employees.
• Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, salary revisions, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
Statutory Compliance HRMIS and Audit Requirements:
• Single point of contact for all the statutory compliance fulfillments such as PF, ESI, Gratuity Insurance and Annual Helath check up benefits.
• Prepare MIS reports and present to Management.
• Prepare Acturial valuations report and present to the auditors for future financial planning
• Manage internal and external audit requirements such as ISO and BSI audits HR Operations:
• Organise to maintain human resources database files; enter data to change information; use software to generate routine reports; ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Manage leaves of absence and communicate with employees and managers regarding leave of absence. Ensure that all legal forms and communications for leave of absence are completed and provided in a timely manner in accordance with state laws.
• Manage to prepare and maintain confidential employee files and other personnel records.
• Manage the employee hand book and other individual HR policies.
• Make necessary changes to the handbook and policies as and when required.
• Project the budget for the next year and maintain the budget for the current year of all the HR activities
Attendance and Leave Modules Implementation:
• Single point of contact for all the Attendance related reports.
• System configuration and deletion of employee information on hiring and separation respectively.

• Instrumental in the implementation of HRMS Leave Module by sharing the business requirements. Tested the tool on a trial within the team.
• Fixed errors in coordination with the vendors and started the live tool implementation across the Organsiation.

• Develop and disseminate employee communication materials, handbooks and related correspondence.
• Coordinate employee open house session meetings and document processing.
• Provide information to employees and managers with information related to human resources policies and practices.
• Provide information to employees on matters pertaining to the completion of personnel forms; interprets and explains human resources policies to employees.
• Process personnel actions and provide assistance to supervisors in completing requests for a wide variety of personnel requests.
• Respond to telephone calls in a timely, friendly manner and assists callers as able; checks and responds to e-mails.
• Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement to senior leadership.
Employee Involvement and Wellness
• Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the Organisation
