Safety officer:
a. Preparation of programs & system covering the health, safety and environment management plan as per the contractors requirement in construction & commissioning (KPI)
b. Development and implementation of risk assessment and safety working procedures w.r.t PTW system.
c. Manage, co-ordinate the day to day operational activities department.

g. Check & ensure that the correct PPE are being supplied & used. h. Monitor works behavior at all time, ensure safety practices in managed & maintain.
i. Weekly and monthly inspection and take the decision on the spot. j. Check the work permit is complete and sign, ensure safety precautions.
k. Implementation of company & client HSE plan and HSE procedures on the site.
l. Undertaking all activities for providing safe working atmosphere including safety, tool box talks training programs ETC. m. Conduct safety meetings & safety awareness campaign in the company.
n. Carry out plant inspections and advice on various HSE issues to site team.
o. Give first aid time to time to the injured persons as qualified first aiders when necessary.
p. Understanding all aspects of PTW (permit to work) functions including job risk assessment & isolation risk.
q. Investigating and reporting complaints of hazardous working conditions of the director & senior staff.
r. Close supervision to reduce unsafe act. Noise reducing work techniques to be adopted. MSDS instruction shall be followed. s. Mandatory PPE shall be provided to all the workers. t. 2. Reverse Osmosis Plant Operation & Maintenance;
a. Pretreatment System includes multi-media filters, carbon filters, microfiltration units, degasifies, RO pre-filters, softeners, chemical feed pumps calibration, chemical tank replenishment (such as anti-sealant, chlorine/chloramine reducers and coagulants for depth filters and chemical feed pump calibration.
b. Reverses Osmosis System includes data collection and analysis, cleaning and calibrating critical sensors, and RO membrane cleaning as needed based on normalized data trends.
c. Post Treatment includes deionizers, storage tanks, ultraviolet (UV) sterilizers, submicron point of use filters, calibration of quality instrumentation and periodic system sanitizations. d. Regular pro-active monitoring of plant performance to minimize environmental or health risk.
e. Plan and schedule preventative maintenance with project engineer to maximize asset life, reduce downtime and operational costs. 3. Treated sewerage Effluent TSE water treatment 2700 M / DAY RO PLANT.
