A non-profit association providing training, development, and executive education for pharmaceutical marketers. The original organization, HMC Council, merged with the MMA and MHMA to form the HCMA, at which time the Talley Management Group began to oversee operations. Account Executive:
● Migrated and integrated business operations from the MMA and HMC to the Talley Management Group and newly formed HCMA
● Launched HCMA, conducted the largest industry awards program
(record 940 entries), 3-day annual conference, two training programs, printed membership directory w/advertising, and printed three 16-page newsletters in the first six months of operation
● Led the integration of the HCMA database into iMIS, then from iMIS to cloud-based Avectra
● Led the integration of a learning management system with Avectra utilizing a single sign-on for members
Membership Manager:
● Increased membership by 24.7% following a 3-year decline, resulting in a $34,000 increase in revenue
● Boosted revenue and decreased expense of the printed membership directory

Communications Manager:
