My name is Lisa Cave. I have been deeply immersed in the world of luxury retail sales, wellness, skincare, and beauty since 1995. My professional journey began in Houston, Tx in luxury department store retail and cosmetics as a makeup artist and regional account manager for Chanel and Borghese. In 1999, I began my journey as a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician in cosmetic surgery and dermatology. In 2010, I then transferred my license to Colorado, where I opened my own spa in Evergreen, Colorado and enjoyed a successful run until the pandemic changed my plans. That prompted me to rediscover my love for retail sales and merchandising. I then joined Walgreens Boots Alliance where I spent 3 years as the District Beauty Consultant trainer, where I taught product knowledge, event planning, and customer service to beauty consultants in the Denver Metro area. Within that time with Walgreens Boots Alliance, I conducted the statewide product knowledge training for No7 Skincare where I taught ingredient knowledge and Histology and Physiology of the skin. Other roles that I filled while with Walgreens Boots Alliance are Pharmacy Tech in training and Assistant Store Manager.
I feel right at home in a leadership role where I can practice mentorship and team building.
