Safety Specialist for Barnhart Crane & rigging, monitored 25 cranes, made sure all lift plans were in crane and being followed, overseen safety meeting, had weekly safety meetings with plant management for Marathon, was in close contact with lead safety on critical lift plans as well as observed all life procedures, escort crane form one area of plant to next, kept all unauthorized personnel clear of lifts.
