Knowledge of Finance

I am applying for this position because I have worked diligently and energetically, and with innovation and distinction. I have worked in solar energy for the last four years.

At Sunrun, I have consistently placed in the top 10 nationwide for solar installations, cleared my task lists in a timely and efficient manner, and scored 9s and 10s in customer surveys, while keeping my customer touch points up to date.

At Next Step Living, I gained extensive experience with SalesForce, having used the application to rate over 35,000 homes for solar panel installation. I have also generated my own reports, which I and my team have used to re-rate houses and save many sales leads which had been deemed unsuitable in line with less sophisticated parameters than at the present time.

When I worked at Second Wind, I revamped safety procedures and aided several departments with their projects. I introduced the co-founder to Sketch Up, and he was delighted with the program. I revived a long dormant internal wiki, which was especially welcome to the engineering section, who used it to work on projects collaboratively and in real time. I scheduled and ran meetings with GoTo Meeting and made travel arrangements with Concur.

When I worked for the Elections Division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth's office, I aided with implementation of the Motor Voter legislation, working with several state offices to insure smooth transitions and proper functioning, and earning a certificate from the Secretary for my efforts.

I ran the Accounts Payable office at the Hahnemann Hospital in Brighton, MA. During my employment of nearly five years there, I restored the office to full functionality. Many accounts were in utter disarray and the vendors had no confidence in the institution, often threatening cessation of business and legal sanctions. I regained the faith and trust of every supplier, placing their accounts on payment schedules to which I adhered rigidly and consistently.

I am sure that I have the qualifications for this position and look forward to taking on the challenge. Thank you.
