RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES ASSISTANT

Customer Service-assisting customers on what they need, if not available I do offer other items similar or new collections. If she insisted, I’m calling another branch to have it for her. Offering an ad-on sale or cross-selling on their item. Follow-up customers on their reserve items, calling them on our promotion and discounts periods. Sales Report-if we are morning shift, we are the one updating the sales repot like the week to date sales and KPI. Sending Sales Report in emails in the office. Also updating everything in our files. It helps us to tract where we are now, how much we need every day to reach our weekly and monthly target.

Stocks or Products-during delivery time which is twice or three times a week we are the one receiving it and doing it during operation. We also doing the Stock Transfer once a week in all our store branches.

BEAUTY ADVISOR-COSMETICS/SKIN CARE

Customer Service-assisting customers on their needs, provide all the details and information about the products. Cross-selling or Add-on technique beneficial on their skin and beauty enhancing.

Product Demo- applying the product to the customer to let them see how effective the product.

Sales Target- to do my best to reach the monthly target for the success of the company. Stocks Availability- make sure of the product is always available by request stocks every week
