● Responsible for the management of all financial aspects of the surgery center as well as the employees until the sale to Amsurg.

JULY 2006

● Secured a V.A. Contract Agreement to provide patient care to the veterans, generating approximately 10% of corporate annual revenue with the assistance of an outside consultant. Original contract was for 1 year, with optional 2nd year. The optional year was granted and the contract is still intact after numerous 6-month extensions. MAY 2005

● Responsible for the physical move of the physician practice and ambulatory surgery center from downtown Memphis to Baptist East Hospital Campus and setting up all systems to be ready for operation.
