Assembly Technician: Assemble Aircraft brakes and wheels. Assemble brakes for 1 years. Was then moved to wheel assembly line. Also helping in other departments as needed. Riveting pads on rotors, hand stamping same rotors in subassembly. Assisting is tire mount. Air and deflate tires on newly built wheels as needed.

02/2009 to 10/2021 Office Administration: Work scope consisted of most of the office administration requirements that go along with a glass and glazing company that grows from a two million dollar a year company to a ranking of 11th in Glass Magazine’s top 50 Contract Glaziers of 2015.
With promotions and filling in where needed, I performed all the functions below for varying lengths of time as needed and required to keep my skill set growing and improving, as the company grew:
Assistant Project Manager: Responsibilities included entering jobs into the Procore program, helping to produce submittal packages, completing, and submitting close out documents (warranties etc.) and general record keeping and filing. Reading blueprints to assist in checking shop drawings. Just started learning to take off glass sizes when personnel shortages in accounting required a move to that department.
Executive Administrative Assistant to CFO, CEO and Sr. Executive Vice President:
Accounts Receivable: Posted receivables from the League City office to the accounting program. Helped with overdue invoice collections for all four offices.
Accounts Payable: Printed and distributed invoices to project managers for approval. Once approved, entered the invoices into proper cost categories in the accounting program.
Payroll Administration: Responsibilities included verification of time sheets for one hundred plus hourly employees and then the data entry of that time into the accounting program.
Receptionist: All facets of handling the phones while typing general correspondence for all levels of the office from the owner to sales to project management to accounting and others.
Plan Room Administrator: Responsibilities include reviewing contract blueprints and plotting in large format the necessary pages for sales take-offs and project management use. Also included was maintain the plotter and the paper and ink supplies. This work was usually performed while handling the receptionist duties above at the same time.
10/2007 to 02/2010 Manufacturing and Delivery: Work scope included Panel CNC machine operator which required quality control of routed parts. After panels were folded sealed packed and loaded for delivery, I drove a pickup with a 24’ trailer and delivered the parts to the job site. When time allowed, I also helped with the folding, sealing and anchoring assembly
07/2007 to 09/2007 Building and Office Maintenance: Work scope consisted of cleaning the office and warehouse.
