Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) – Calgary, Alberta Jun 2023 – Oct 2024 Senior Project Manager, Analytics Systems Deployment – Contract At AER, I lead the definition of cloud governance and Operating Model. I am collaborating across AER for better CoE / CCoE by managing culture change across organizations, segmentations, and process changes for the successful adoption of Azure Landing Zone, where it led the delivery entity providing leadership, best practices, research, support, and training for a specific focus area within AER.

I successfully established a Data Analytics Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) that reduced data processing times and improved the presentation of Analytics reports. CCoE ensures that cloud technologies are implemented effectively, securely, and aligned with business goals by driving cloud adoption, governance, and best practices. Infosys Ltd – Calgary, Alberta Sep 2021 – Jun 2023 Program Manager, ERP Systems Management & Deployment – Contract Remote Work Under my leadership, a multi-million-dollar portfolio successfully deployed Oracle Cloud ERP Solution implementation projects across two clients. I developed the execution plan, managed and coordinated the interdependencies between the multiple workstreams, and ensured alignment throughout the lifecycle. This achievement was made possible through the coordination of (HCM/WFM, SCM/P2P, CRM, Financials, PPM, and Procurement) using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methods, demonstrating our adaptability and efficiency in project management. I used desktop applications, collaboration, and PPM tools for project planning. The successful deployment resulted from meticulous Sprint planning, corresponding activities, close monitoring of activities and ETA, budget and expenditure monitoring and analysis, allocating geographically distributed resources, developing a readiness checklist for systems and data, and developing comprehensive Readiness, dress rehearsal and cutover plans. o Project-1: The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Quantum Project went live in January 2023 worldwide.

I developed the leadership alignment and organizational readiness approach to successfully implement a key technology replacement that impacted over 35000 users/clients.

I collaborated with various teams to adopt digital credential solutions, which enabled users to issue credentials, access services, and communicate securely through a defined wallet.

I consolidate/integrate IMAGIS Apps from different government services operations in the OneGovernment (1GX) using Biztalk, P2P, and SFTP to Cloud SAP/S4, Ariba, Kyriba, Concur, and SuccessFactors. Modules are (SD, MM, FinTech/FICO, BW/SAC, P2P, CRM, HCM, and PPM).

I implemented Oracle Cloud Fusion and Hyperion (FCCS/EPBCS) as a core system across Americana Foods Group in 12 major countries in (MENA) Middle East & North Africa, plus Kazakhstan.
