PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sr. Mechanic Lockheed Martin
·Made sure I adherence to all company and F-35 Program policies and procedures.
·Used a variety of tools and equipment, including line cutting tools, wrenches, checking tools, witness gauges, etc. tools to successfully complete component and perform minor structure installation.
·Heat treat production steel and aluminum parts, tooling parts, dies and stock made from steel or steel alloys
·Determines the heat treat process and quenching required to obtain results.
·Determines proper timing and temperature of ovens, salt baths according to material composition, shape, size and thickness.
·Checks and maintains heat treat solutions. Operates age hardening ovens by checking orders for correct material and preceding heat treat; sets controls for proper heat and time according to established specifications.
·Performed the setup and operation of various types and sizes of power brakes to form, pierce, or straighten metal parts.
·Coordinate with Supervisors, Production Control, Manufacture Engineers, Inspection, and
Manufacture Specialist to tackle on the floor problems.

·Rig control cables, sectors, linkages, control surfaces, landing gear and doors, cowls, aircraft entry doors and associated parts and hardware.
·trouble-shoots, locates, diagnoses, and corrects any cause of malfunctioning of hydraulic and plumbing units.
