(Document Controller)
• Collects and maintains all company projects’
documentations (either for a particular project or the whole office) while assuring it is properly stored and easily accessible for the concerned. Direct reporting to Project Manager and Engineers.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive filing
system and computer database for all documents to
be retained in the document control office; ensures fast retrieval of documents.
