Head of LNG Marine Operation, DPA

• Managed operations for world's largest floating LNG storage vessels, handling up to 50 MTPA and an offshore terminal in Murmansk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, with full responsibility for marine operation execution in harsh Arctic and north Pacific Ocean climates.

• Lead recruitment of staff, building and guiding team of 200 (including ship’s crewmembers and office staff) and fostering collaborative, results-oriented environment.

• Creating company Safety Management System requirements for crew staff in accordance with the STCW Convention and national regulations. Implementing requirements for crew staff.

• Developed pioneering training programs for LNG specialists in Russia in partnership with leading national Gubkin University, supporting recruitment efforts and enhancing expertise in terminal commissioning and development.

• Coordinate LNG terminal and STS operations across 15 vessels (FSUs, LNG carriers, supply vessels, tugs, and mooring boats) with comprehensive coordination of fleet and project contractors.

• Oversee all technical specifications for new LNG project vessels, including selection, chartering, and construction of fleet to meet performance and safety standards in challenging conditions.

• Represent Oil and LNG marine terminal and projects globally, advancing LNG logistics by managing negotiations with manufacturers and partners, ensuring port compliance with international standards, and fostering collaboration with authorities, shippers, and stakeholders.

• Conduct HAZID, Quantitative Risk Assessment, and standard risk assessments with international experts, identifying and mitigating critical operational risks.

• Write and implement substantial terminal operation regulations booklets for five LNG projects. Responsible for compatibility studies for LNG transfer processes in compliance with international standards, improving safe operations in harsh climates.

• Directed execution of Russia's first-ever LNG STS transfer, establishing foundational standards for similar operations in the future.

• Launched a new crude oil export project from scratch and supervised export operations, coordinating all logistics.
