Humana ADF SIT - Humana has established the core platform a.k.a. Edge Platform supporting Alert Data Store. The platform provides improved digital experience to its customers and members supporting key features including Multi-Faceted Enrollment to Medicare Advantage plans. The alert system enables customers and members to take appropriate and timely action to identify and address the targeted goal utilizing Member Portal and Sugar CRM Contact Management supported on variety of digital devices.
Humana Group and Specialty - Humana has a Specialty Product Development team which is responsible for creating plans and works on various applications in Humana Self Service to facilitate the creation of products based on Plan needs. The Applications include Product Database, Dynamic plan Load Sold plan Finder, Plan Designer, Product Build Tracking and Metrics, Service Area Administration.PDB application is a Database which houses Limits, riders, reimbursements, copayments for plans, It is used for designing plans. Product Build Tracking and metrics is a defect and project tracking tool.
Humana _EDI_eHub_UAT - eHub is the UI tool used by Humana to process claims for all platforms. The project was about eHub to accept and route 837 claims and Encounters filed by providers associated to Edge to the Edge claims processing platform by applying various routing logics. The types of claims covered were professional, institutional medical claims, Dental claims and encounters, including real-time and paper claims with different Payer IDs. The claims were submitted through Availity portal, other channels, UST paper into eHub where the eligibility of the members were verified in the Eligibility viewer which were then accepted and processed and sent to HP(Edge) platform with a 999-response received back from Edge
Role and Responsibilities:
As a UAT lead, the role demanded following primary activities:
Co-ordinating with business leads and development team to understand the requirement and writing test scenarios and Test cases in QTEST in an agile environment.
Executing the test cases and providing the report to the stakeholders. Participate in setting up the environment as per the requirements, executing the test cases and reporting the results to various stakeholders.
Performing backend testing on Google cloud platform using the Big Query as the database for querying, updating, and deleting data.
