I am actively looking forward to return to a career in customer service or account management sales role where I can utilize my experience and customer relations skills to help customers make informed decisions. I have been a self-employed residential home inspector for the past 4.5 years, however with the recent turmoil within the real estate industry, I was no longer able to pursue this endeavor and support my family.

Financial services specialist with a strong background in loan processing and account management. (I am open to pursuing other opportunities outside the mortgage industry, as I know my past experiences will translate well into many different industries.

I have over 25 years’ experience working within large national call center environments including Wells Fargo Bank, IndyMac Bank, Lending Tree Loans, loanDepot.

My background does encompass all aspects of residential financing including sales; sales management; underwriting; capital markets; funding/post-closing and loss mitigation/home retention.

I can think strategically yet be a creative problem solver. I am adaptive and can excel in a fast-passed work environment.

I am considered by previous managers as quick-thinking, perceptive, and energetic with strong people skills and problem-solving skills. I believe myself to be a lifelong learner who is curious and teachable.

As a Sr. processor or account manager, I was able to manage large pipelines 40-50 + loans at a time, while maintaining effective and timely communication with borrows, third party vendors and internal departments, ensure loans were funded on time to meet lock expirations and closing dates.

I performed residential home inspections throughout Southern California.

I market my services to Real Estate agents and brokers to build my marketing network and grow my referral base.

Marketing activities include the following: Constant Contact mailings with phone call follow-up, regularly visit real estate offices with brochures and other marketing items, attending local realtor marketing meetings, and presenting myself and services at "Lunch and Learns" and sales training classes for new agents. Visit Open Houses meet new agents.

Account Manager

Ethos Lending - Tustin, CA

March 2016 to March 2019

Liaison / point person between external broker/partners, and internal underwriting and closing departments. Performed Jr. underwriting functions.

Worked closely with dedicated Business Developers/Account Executives to ensure timely and accurate communication with brokers and internal staff to get loans approved and funded in a timely manner.

Facilitated new broker portal training for LO’s and processors with Go To Meeting.

Worked to resolve file deficiencies regarding appraisals, borrower documentation, AUS feedback findings to quickly move the file forward in the loan process.

Proactively managed active pipeline with 60 + loans a month. Worked to limit lock expirations to ensure loan locks did not expire, and close of escrow dates are met.
