EXPERIENCE:

January 1998 – October 2024 Material Coordinator Bay Ltd., Corpus Christi, TX

• Unload and load delivery trucks using a forklift or crane (pipe, fittings, steel, etc.)

• Check in material per the packaging list. (verifying size, schedule, grade, and any damage)

• Cross check the packaging list against the purchase order, approved manufacturers list

(AML) and country of origin list. If there were any issues, I would contact the vendor and get them corrected.

• Enter the material into Bay’s material system and start using JOVIX system as well.

• After Quality Control (QC) cleared material, I would clear the material to be used by the shop or field.

• I would pull the material to the shop for fabrication using pick tickets and isometrics.

• Pull material as per material request forms from the field.

• I would make a shortage list for material shorts to complete fabrication
