●T-Mobile: Began as a sales representative, promoted after a year to management. Currently have five direct reports and two open positions on the team. Responsible for directing the sales floor team through coaching sales process, team selling and handling customer difficulties. Ability to problem solve and juggle many tasks at once allows for relaxed sales process, and defusing volatile customer issues. Additional responsibilities include auditing daily paperwork, inventory controls, cash handling, shipping/receiving.

●Dillards/Elizabeth Arden: Began as a sales representative in the mens department, promoted to Arden management about 3 months later. Received business building rewards through Arden for the turnaround in sales multiple times. This “business within a business” opportunity gave many growth situations. In later years, I returned to Dillards cosmetics, with Estee Lauder and later was promoted first to Vintage Goods Specialist and then department management, Small Business Manager (SBM) of Handbags and Accessories. My department included the Louis Vuitton line and growing luxury goods such as Hammitt, Brahmin, Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Frye, and other brands; as well as sunglasses, jewelry (James Avery and other brands traditionally represented by Dillards), hosiery, and watches.

●Thompson & Brock Mgt: This was a transitional position for both myself and the employer, in an accounting setting. Duties included many small projects including sales analysis, HR functions, food & equipment ordering (this company owns several Pizza Huts), payroll support, and general office support for the store managers.

●Between 2013 and 2017 I also sold fine jewelry for Maharajas of Panama City (15 months) and Kay Jewelers, Sterling Corporation (3 years) as a sales associate and closing key holder.
