Managed a small team serving over 60 Marketing and Sales individuals globally across all of Harte Hanks (including Trillium Software, Aberdeen Group) with a focus on: campaign execution, sales enablement, and campaign automation support/troubleshooting.

Built and supported a new marketing infrastructure from the ground up leveraging Eloqua at the center completely transforming how we ran Marketing campaigns.

Integrated Eloqua with a complex multi-business unit enterprise instance of MSCRM to increase sales efficiency.
