American Ordnance Ignition Cartridge Torque Assembly. Reduced manpower from 5 people to 2 while getting acceptance for Automatic Acceptance Inspection Equipment (AAIE) with U.S. Army approval. Reduced tolerance of torque from 10% to 2%. $200K/year savings in labor and 1 month of rework savings of $100K due to bad torques.
