I feel I would be a good fit for your company because I have extensive experience in customer service. I enjoy helping people and have spent most of my life doing so.

Although I have been unemployed for the past 10+ years, I would like to get back to what I love, and that is helping where and when I can with customers and their needs.

Worked the call center from home to assist clients in their disaster relief. Fielded calls for all disasters handled by FEMA. I took their information, checked on the status of their claims and input any changes to their information both adding and deleting . Also gave them any other information for other agencies that could help them until FEMA decided if they qualified for assistance. Used my customer service and empathy to calm them and make their concerns felt heard. Documented all information in our system so that the next representative and\or supervisor could follow what was said and done for them. This was a temporary position so the job ended in February 2023.
