• First 5 years was a Mortgage Loan Processor. Process mortgage loans: Conventional, FHA, VA. Receive files from Loan Officers, submit files to underwriting, request items from borrowers to clear underwriting conditions. Once files are final approved, submit them to closing. Responsible for making sure all documents in the files are current, 1003s, transmittals, and AUS matched. Pretty much underwrite the files prior to submitting them to the underwriting department. Work closely with loan officers, borrowers, realtors, sales reps, title and our internal departments (appraisal department, insurance department, builder, etc.). Used Empower with Encomia to process. Pipeline averages 35 to 40 loans constantly. The last 2 years I worked in the construction department.
