Job description:
• Supervising the preventive / condition monitoring engineers and subordinates to ensure the quality,
standards & control of works /budgets that has been performed and in accordance to the company’s
standards & requirements on preventive maintenance department.
• Validate maintenance programs in collaboration with the mechanical, electrical and Civil engineering chiefs.
• Conducted studies at improving equipment reliability and maintenance performances. Responsible /ensure
vibration monitoring of major equipment’s and minor equipment’s. Conducted dynamic balancing of all
process fans using CSI 2120 mechanical analyzer.
• Ensure the sustainability and implementation of
Maximo 4i, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
Management System) in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Responsible in the handling projects and maintenance planning, scheduling for Preventive and scheduled
periodic shutdown of the whole plant machineries
from Crusher to Pyro-processing lines.
• Responsible in the special projects, research and development in improving equipment Life reliability factor.
• Managed and control preventive maintenance
department.
• Managed and control condition base monitoring and plant periodic shutdowns.
• Managed and control in-house commissioning prior to acceptance and handover to operation of newly
installed and newly rehabilitated equipment’s.
