On March 14, 2023 to present, I was involved in a collision with a drunk driver, resulting in significant injuries that have required an extensive 11-month recovery period. Despite this setback, I dedicated myself to a single project during this time: the interior design and construction of a new 1200 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). From 2020 to 2021, I undertook the design and construction of a one-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles as a proof of concept. This initiative aimed to showcase an alternative approach to low-cost housing solutions.
