Lixil Americas/American Standard – Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist November 2022-Present Vignetic/Brunswick Group – Lead Recruiter Consultant to Lixil Americas July 2021-November 2022

Provide full life cycle recruitment for Lixil Americas’ Commercial Organization.

Primary areas of focus are LHS (Lixil Home Service-Construction and Building) and Consumer Connections (Customer Service.) Additionally, have provided support and recruitment for several positions in Brand & Insights, Marketing, Communications and Legal departments.

1.Primarily responsible for staffing for PSEG Services Corporation, which is comprised of the following practice areas: IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Supply Chain and PSEG Power, Energy Resource and Trade and Fossil Power Plants.

Adecco – PSEG Corporate (Contract) Recruiter May 2004-May 2007

1.Certified Test Administrator for Customer Service. Worked closely with Management Team at the Cranford CCC to achieve part time staffing goals. From August 2005 to July 2006 recruited, tested, extended offers, processed and evaluated medical and background checks and hired 110 part time CCC Representatives.

2.Successfully coordinated PSEG's Summer Program for 2005 & 2006; both seasons hired approximately 180 employees across the state in a relatively short period of time. This project included college recruitment of engineering interns, technical interns and various mast positions for the Headquarters Office. In addition, hired bargaining unit employees for all the state's generating stations as well as recruited and staffed for summer meter readers and project personnel.
