1997 – 2002 Exploring

This was my “what do I want to be when I grow up” period where I explored Internet programming, graphics, photography & video, most of which I still play with. 2002 – Present

I got my Real Estate License and began selling homes with my wife and over time developed systems to track the Real Estate Market. These systems go beyond MLS statistics allowing me to anticipate market trends and take action. They have also been useful when presenting to buyers and sellers.

Unfortunately, my wife’s health declined. I’ve spent the last five years acting as her caregiver and have not been participating in the market. We recently got a new caregiver, which has freed me up to go back to work. I recently took on the role of volunteer community photographer documenting events and seasons through pictures and video, useful skills when selling homes and have been a big help to our community newsletter publisher.
